Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@twelvefashions.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim for damaged packages.
